Meta Vibes Entertainment provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content creation, branding, and website development. The scope of each service will be defined in a formal agreement or proposal shared with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access to necessary platforms or materials required for project execution. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

3. Payments and Invoicing

All services are billed as per the agreed quotation or package. Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice and must be settled on time. Late payments may result in delayed service delivery or additional charges.

4. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared with Meta Vibes Entertainment will be kept secure and used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content, designs, and deliverables created by Meta Vibes Entertainment remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of approved materials will transfer to the client.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Meta Vibes Entertainment is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any errors or omissions in content provided.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India
